I know I've been pushing this a lot both on social media and here on this email newsletter, so I apologize if I am starting to sound like a broken record.

At the same time, my colleagues and I have put a ton of work into this conference, and have put together a series of talks that address real-world problems school-based practitioners face on a routine basis. 

These talks include a review of practices to consider before conducting an FBA, how to get staff to buy-in to your intervention ideas, how to stop being the behavioral firefighter, an expert panel discussion on the use of seclusion and restraint, and how to measure social validity in school-based settings. 

One last thing I'll say is that these talks are designed to be accessable to all school-based professionals. It's all anchored to empirical research, but we've done our best to remove all the behavioral jargon so teachers, admins, school pyschologists, and other non-BCBA staff can benefit from the conference as well.
